Is this medical advice?
No. We’re certified fitness and nutrition professionals, not doctors. We offer coaching, education, and general guidance. We don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, and we don’t prescribe medications or supplements. If you have a health concern, please talk with your doctor. We’re happy to work alongside your care team.
Do I need to be fit already?
Not at all. Many of our clients are starting again after years away. We meet you where you are and build from there.
How do online sessions work?
We meet by video. You’ll need a device with a camera and a little space to move. We’ll talk through any equipment during your consultation.
What if I’m not sure I’m in perimenopause?
That’s very common. You don’t need a diagnosis to work with us. If you’re wondering about hormones or symptoms, we encourage you to talk with your doctor, and we can coach you on strength, sleep, energy, and habits in the meantime.
Can you work with me if I live outside your state?
We offer virtual coaching to clients in different states. Because requirements vary by location, we’ll confirm which services we can provide in your state before you get started.
What does it cost?
Coaching is personalized, so pricing depends on the support that fits you. We share it during your free consultation, with no obligation.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
